KCPE and KPSEA Results to be Released Before December Holidays

PS Belio Kipsang has officially confirmed that the candidates will access their KCPE and KPSEA results before the December Holidays. PS Belio Kipsang thanked everyone who ensured the orderly conducting of the 2023 KCPE and KPSEA exam examination process while announcing the news about releasing the examination results.

 

Mr. Kipsang stated that the exam papers’ marking process has begun, and a priority would be placed on ensuring the process will be over by the set date. He admitted that teachers, TSC personnel, colleagues in different departments, security teams, and others have worked with him to achieve this feat.

 

Nearly three million candidates sat for the exams. PS Kipsang promised the public that the Ministry of Education will ensure no candidates are left behind in the country’s education system.

 

About 1.4 million students sat for KCPE examinations, and roughly 1.2 million others passed grade six in KPSEA examinations. It is essential to mention that this year’s cohort is also the final cohort to go through the KCPE curriculum before KPSEA replaces it with the initiation of CBC for the primary schooling curriculum.

 

Belio Kipsang also mentioned another positive aspect, which is the decrease in cases of teen pregnancies. He believed parents’ empowerment and community mobilization had paid off positively, resulting in such progressive inquiry.
